Dr. Peter Bernhart studied law at the University of Salzburg and completed his clerkship in Klagenfurt. He has worked as an attorney-at-law and criminal defence lawyer since 1990, and specialises in medical malpractice, construction law, probate law, marital and family law, bankruptcy law, property and real estate law, landlord-tenant law, neighbouring rights, patient rights, travel law, tort and warranty law, skiing law / sports law, criminal law, traffic law, insurance law, contract law and debt collection.

Dr. Bernhard Fink

Dr. Bernhard Fink studied at the University of Graz, where he worked as a contract and university assistant at the Institute for Civil Procedure and Agricultural Law. He has been an attorney-at-law and criminal defence lawyer since1996, and specialises in probate law, corporate law, bankruptcy law, landlord-tenant law, public procurement law, contract law, administrative and constitutional law, business law, commercial criminal law, civil law, real estate law, construction law and debt collection. He is vice president of the Bar Association of Carinthia and of the Austrian Bar Association (ÖRAK) and lectures at the University of Graz and the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt. He is also the author of various specialist articles. As chairman of the “Fundamental Rights and Civil Liberties” working group in ÖRAK, he regularly acts as a consultant in statutory review proceedings.

Mag. Klaus Haslinglehner

Mag. Klaus Haslinglehner studied at the Universities of Vienna and Graz, and completed his clerkship in Klagenfurt. He has been working as an attorney-at-law and criminal defence lawyer since 2009 in the areas of employment law, construction law, bankruptcy law, criminal law, landlord-tenant law, public procurement law, property and real estate law, and corporate law. Since 2016 Mag. Haslinglehner is a member of the Disciplinary Council of the Bar Association of Carinthia.

Dr. Bernd Peck

Dr. Bernd Peck studied at the University of Vienna, completed his clerkship in Klagenfurt and spent several years as head of the Financial Institutions department of a bank. He has been an attorney-at-law and a defence lawyer in criminal matters since 2012 in the areas of business law, banking law, employment law, family law, IT law, civil law, contract law, administrative and constitutional law, competition and copyright law, and foundation law. In addition, he is special counsel on the ORF program “Aufgezeigt” and volunteers as legal director for the “Weißer Ring Kärnten” support group for victims of crime.

Mag.
